Master Thesis: Small massflow cryogenic ePump

Your mission

As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work on a concept of a cryogenic electric pump. The principal application shall be for low mass flows but high-pressure increase. With a successful design and simulation validation, a prototype will be manufactured and tested (MAIT) which allows to deepen the product understanding of such innovative concept.

Your profile

  • Motivated, pragmatic, and self-organized personality
  • Eager to take responsibility
  • Passion for space
  • Knowledge on aerospace systems including engines and functional propulsive systems
  • Strong knowledge on fluid dynamics & mechanics
  • CAD & FEM hands on experience, CFD is a plus
  • Hands-on mindset for hardware related activities (inspection, assembly, testing)
  • Fluency in English, German and further languages are appreciated
