We are deltaVision GmbH. We develop, produce, and qualify fluid control systems for aerospace and space. Founded in 2022, we aim to be the premium supplier of Fluid-Control sub-systems. By 2025, we lead this market in Europe, delivering innovative products, costeffectiveness, and unmatched lead times. With our expertise in fluid-control for space systems, we are shaping the space economy towards refuellable and reusable spacecraft.
Your mission
As Head Of People and Culture, you will define and execute deltaVision’s HR strategy to support rapid growth and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. You will work closely with the C-level and leadership team to align people initiatives with business objectives. Your responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with company goals
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession strategies
- Lead employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
- Oversee compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR operations
- Champion culture and values, ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters
Your profile
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally in tech or aerospace
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor law, and organizational development
- Track record in scaling teams and building culture in fast-growing companies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in German and English
